We are a team brought together to build long-lasting places for play — and yes, we enjoy the 
process as much as the result.

It usually starts with me, the CEO. I set the direction and stay involved from the first idea to the 
final installation. This is not a distant role — I’m part of the process.

Then comes the designer. This is where everything begins. Concepts, shapes, movement, 
imagination. The designer never works alone — ideas are challenged, tested, and refined from the 
very start.

Next is the engineer. This is where things get serious. He has a talent for making things complicated 
— and a responsibility to make them safe, stable, and correct. His calculations are never 
underestimated, because they are what allow children to play freely and safely.

From there, we move into manufacturing. This is not just a factory step. We spend time on the floor, 
with the people who actually build the structures. We inspect, adjust, and refine. Details matter here 
— because this is where ideas become real objects.

Finally, the installers. This is where everything comes together. They take all the thinking, drawing, 
calculating, and building — and turn it into something real, tangible, and alive. This is where the 
magic happens.
