Project Description

The project’s main concept was the creation of a dedicated children’s playground within the gated community. The attraction includes

• a playhouse with slide,
• a Spica-type spring rocker,
• a single swing, 
• a basket swing,

Designed for children aged 3 to 12. The total area of the playground is approximately 100 m².

Design and Distinctive Features

The project stands out through its use of high‑quality natural materials and durable construction elements:

• Acacia hardwood

• Stainless steel fasteners AISI 304

• Steel rope with polyamide coating and steel core

The playhouse and climbing pyramid encourage:

• role‑play, active movement,
• balance and coordination
• imaginative play 
• supporting social interaction among children.

Business Goals

The client’s objective was to enhance the living environment for residents of the gated complex and increase the overall value of the apartments. The project solves a key issue: the lack of a safe, engaging, and accessible outdoor play space for children.

Implementation and Process

The full implementation took approximately three months after signing the contract.

Challenges:

• Installation of EPDM safety flooring under difficult weather conditions

• Limited access to the site, requiring manual transport of materials and tools

• Precise planning and positioning of each play element according to the client’s budget and spatial constraints

The project was adapted through a detailed layout plan ensuring optimal distribution and maximum play value.

Results and Impact

• Improved outdoor environment within the Nido Residence complex

• Children immediately began using the playground upon completion
